Conditions
General terms and conditions for booking congresses, conferences, seminars and online formats.
1.Scope
The following general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the participant in seminars, meetings and conferences (hereinafter referred to as "event") and CCI Congresse International, Concepta Messen und Congresse GesmbH (hereinafter referred to as "CCI Congresse"). Any deviating general terms and conditions of the participant are not valid.
2.Registration/Registration confirmation
You can register online, by letter, fax, email or by telephone. Your registration becomes legally binding upon our written confirmation.
3. Performance
The participation fee is per person and event date plus statutory sales tax. It includes conference documents, lunch and drinks during breaks. CCI Congresse reserves the right to replace announced speakers with others and to make necessary changes to the event program while maintaining the overall character of the event. If the event cannot be held due to force majeure, because a speaker is unable to attend, because of disruptions at the event location or because the number of participants is too low, the participants will be informed immediately. Cancellation due to too few participants will take place no later than 2 weeks before the event. The event fee will be refunded in these cases. Claims for reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs as well as loss of work are excluded unless such costs arise due to grossly negligent or intentional behavior on the part of CCI Congresse.
4.Due date and payment, default, offsetting
The participation fee is due upon receipt of the invoice. Payment is made by invoice or credit card at the customer's discretion. CCI Congresse reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases. Payment by sending cash or checks is not possible; CCI Congresse accepts no liability in the event of loss. The participant can only offset claims that have been legally established or recognized in writing by CCI Congresse. The participant is only entitled to exercise a right of retention to the extent that his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
5.Cancellation
If you cancel in writing no later than 27 days before the start of the event, we will charge you a processing fee of EUR 115.00 plus VAT per person. The receipt of your written cancellation by letter, email or fax after this time is always decisive; if the participant does not show up, the entire participation fee must be paid. It is of course possible to name a replacement participant. Entry to the conference can only be granted if the invoice amount is paid in good time before the start of the conference.
6.Copyrights
All conference documents from our events are protected by copyright. Participants are granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal use only. Participants and third parties are not permitted to change the content or editorial content of the conference documents - even in part - or to use modified versions, to copy them for third parties, to make them publicly available or to forward them, to post them on the Internet or other networks for a fee or free of charge, to imitate them, to resell them or to use them for commercial purposes. Any copyright notices, symbols or trademarks may not be removed.
7.Liability
The events are carefully prepared and conducted by qualified speakers. CCI Congresse assumes no liability for the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the conference documents and the conduct of the event.
8.Applicable
Law, jurisdiction and place of performance: Austrian law applies. Innsbruck is agreed as the place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties.
General terms and conditions for ordering written conference documents.

2.Order
Your order can be placed via internet order form, email, fax, post or telephone and is binding, subject to statutory cancellation rights.
3.Delivery
Delivery is at the purchaser's risk. Information about delivery dates is non-binding. Please note that CCI Congresse only supplies products in small quantities for personal use.
4.Due date and payment, default, offsetting
The purchase price is due for payment upon receipt of the invoice. If CCI Congresse can prove that the damage caused by the delay is greater, this can be claimed. The customer is also entitled to prove that no damage was incurred or that the damage is significantly less than that claimed by CCI Congresse. Payment is made exclusively by invoice. Payment by sending cash or checks is not possible; CCI Congresse accepts no liability in the event of loss. The customer can only offset claims that have been legally established or recognized in writing by CCI Congresse. The customer is only entitled to exercise a right of retention to the extent that his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of CCI Congresse until full payment has been made.
6.Copyrights
All products ordered from CCI Congresse are protected by copyright. The customer is granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal use only. The customer and third parties are not permitted to change the content or editorial content of the products - even in part - or to use modified versions, to copy them for third parties, to make them publicly available or to forward them, to post them on the Internet or other networks for a fee or free of charge, to imitate them, to resell them or to use them for commercial purposes. Any copyright notices, symbols or trademarks may not be removed.
7.Liability
The statutory warranty law applies. This means in particular that CCI Congresse will remedy all defects subject to the statutory warranty obligation free of charge within the first two years after delivery of the goods. Claims for damages are excluded unless essential obligations have been violated, damage was not caused intentionally or through gross negligence and unless there is injury to life, body or health.
CCI Congresse and the respective author assume no liability – subject to the preceding paragraph – for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the products to be delivered.
8.Additional terms and conditions for online and hybrid events
If you have decided to participate online, you will receive the access data for the event with or after the registration confirmation. If you have to set up a password for access, please treat this confidentially and do not pass it on to third parties.
Liability for access manipulation by third parties for the security, integrity or availability of networks, other servers and data of third parties is excluded. Our liability is also excluded if the event cannot be accessed via the Internet due to technical or other problems that are beyond our control, such as the fault of third parties, negligent behavior of a participant, or incorrect use. The same applies to deficiencies in third-party access options that are not our fault. We would like to point out that data protection for data transmission in open networks such as the Internet cannot be guaranteed and that third parties may be technically able to intervene in network security and view communication traffic without authorization.
9. Applicable law, place of jurisdiction and place of performance
Austrian law applies. The agreed place of performance and jurisdiction is Innsbruck.
